Mr. Someshekar Ijeri had a long career of about 2 decades where he held several leadership positions in marketing of safety equipments and training, in the reputed Organisation. This Organisation has seen an immense growth during his tenure.
He brings with him a high level of experience of working with multiple Fortune 500 clients, creation of new services, products, strategies,corporate leadership, globalization, innovation and private sector approaches.
Mr. Someshekar Ijeri has global marketing experience. He had visited various countries for business promotions & the continuous renewal of key processes, systems and policies across the company in client relationship management, sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, quality, talent management and leadership development.
His vast knowledge in safety made him to set up his own organisation to serve the customer as root of the organization’s intended to impact safety as a key culture at each Company location & work site.

He possess vast knowledge in establishing and promoting safe and healthy working conditions as per National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) in a business, corporate, industries.
He generally formulates ongoing safety education, potential hazard identification and elimination of occupational, traffic, Electrical, fire hazards and major incidents at their workplace.
He had devised and conducted several safety programs that will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness under the relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation at the place of work.
